Refunds

Short version: these are digital downloads, so all sales are final. If something is wrong with your files, write to us and we will sort it out.

Why no refunds

Orvale products are digital files that you can download and copy immediately after payment, so we cannot take them back. For this reason all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If something is wrong

We will help if:

a file does not open or is damaged;
you received the wrong file or something is missing from what the listing promises;
the product clearly does not match its description.

Send us a message on Etsy (from your order) or through the contact form with your order number and a short description, ideally with a screenshot. We will fix the problem, replace the file or work out a solution with you.

Etsy purchase protection

Orders are placed through Etsy, which has its own buyer protections and case process. See Etsy's terms and help pages for how they apply to your order.

Prices

Prices on this website are shown in USD, as on Etsy for US buyers. The final price, currency and any taxes are shown by Etsy at checkout.
